Founding Beta Partner Program

Help shape Exploit Hound.

We are selecting 10 organizations for the first cohort. You get the platform free for the whole program and a direct line to the people building it; we get what we cannot produce ourselves — how it behaves in real customer environments.

Apply for beta access What the platform does

Applications close on January 31, 2027.

Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and it authorizes no scanning, deployment or charge.

What a founding partner gets

Free throughout beta

No cost for the whole founding beta program — up to 5 customer environments and 250 managed assets in total.

No 90-day clock and no fixed expiration. No card, and nothing converts to a paid plan on its own.

One year free after completing testing

Complete the agreed testing and the Single environment subscription is free for 12 months after the program ends — 1 environment, up to 100 managed assets.

You choose which environment it covers, and we give you at least 30 days’ notice before the program ends.

Ongoing 50% off future software subscriptions

The same partners receive an ongoing 50% discount on future Exploit Hound software subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, additional environments and additional managed assets.

Against our then-current published rates. It does not expire while Exploit Hound is sold, and cancelling does not erase it.

Exactly what is included, and what is not

Included while the program runs

  • Up to 5 customer environments and 250 managed assets in total, which is the MSP Starter envelope.
  • Guided probe deployment, scope configuration and a review of your first results.
  • An exposure and remediation review at the end, which separates verified findings from potential or unverified ones rather than presenting them as one list.
  • A direct feedback channel and a monthly group roadmap discussion.
  • Free usage runs to the end of the program, not to a per-partner date.

Included in the free year

  • Single environment: 1 organization or environment, up to 100 managed assets, for 12 months from the end of the program — March 31, 2027 to March 31, 2028.
  • You choose the environment it covers. For anything beyond it we arrange paid continuation at your founding-partner rate, or an orderly offboarding — your choice, agreed with you.

What the 50% discount does not cover

It applies to Exploit Hound software rates — monthly or annual, as published at the time. It covers customer environments billed through your MSP account.

Excluded: third-party charges, hardware, separately priced storage, professional services, taxes, pass-through costs.

It is nontransferable to another organization, does not stack with other discounts, and any custom quote we give you will state plainly how it has been treated. We record a discount as earned when you earn it and tell you it is applied only once somebody has confirmed it actually is.

When the program ends

The founding beta program ends on March 31, 2027. Applications close on January 31, 2027.

Your free year runs from March 31, 2027 to March 31, 2028. Every participant is written to before the program ends, with at least 30 days’ notice.

That date is about this program. It is separate from whether an individual capability is still labelled beta — some will be for a while afterwards, and the integrations page keeps each one’s status current.

If we end the program before you have had a fair chance to finish the agreed testing, you get a reviewed extension or a completion waiver. Your rewards are not lost to our timing.

Testing Exploit Hound does not automatically earn MailThreatZero benefits, and it does not create an application to it. Those are separate programs.

What you would be evaluating

Exploit Hound helps MSPs and IT teams discover exposed assets, prioritize security work, and verify fixes. It connects external discovery, local collection, and endpoint evidence where deployed.

Across the platform, 27 capabilities are generally available and 22 are beta. Every capability and integration carries a published status on the integrations page, kept current — the PSA and RMM connections are beta, and evaluating a beta integration is a reasonable thing to do here. We do not claim that every integration is production-validated, because they are not.

Who is building it

Built by Dewey Straughn, who founded his MSP in 1999 and spent 24 years running it before selling in 2023. His background includes security, infrastructure, data centers, and building business applications.

So the person reading your feedback has run the kind of business you run, and the roadmap discussion is with him rather than through a form.

What testing involves

  • Arrange deployment within 14 days of your scheduled onboarding.
  • Use the platform in an environment you are authorized to assess, for at least 30 days.
  • Complete 3 short check-ins and one final 20-minute interview.
  • Evaluate discovery, prioritization, and a remediation verification workflow where that is feasible in your estate.
  • Report issues with enough context that we can investigate them.

What we do not ask

  • No required number of bugs.
  • No positive review, testimonial or public endorsement.
  • No use of your logo or your story without asking you separately and getting a yes.

Feedback that the product is not right for you is a useful result and is not a failure to participate.

About you

So we know who we are talking to.

A personal-provider address is fine if that is your working address.

Your evaluation

What you would put in scope, and what you want to learn.

Organization type

Choose the one that fits. Nothing is preselected — this is one of the answers we select the cohort on.

1 to 5. Your estimate, not ours.

Up to 250 in total. A rough number is fine.

Broad platform mix

Select everything you would want in scope.

Can you deploy a local probe?

Nothing is preselected. “With assistance” and “external-only” are both fine answers — they change the onboarding, not your chances.

A sentence or two is plenty.

Optional context optional

None of this is required. It saves a round trip — it is what we would otherwise ask in the first reply.

These integrations are beta. See the integrations page for each one's status.

Read the Founding Beta Partner program terms required

Founding Beta Partner program terms

Version 1.1, effective 2026-09-28. These terms set out what participation involves and what a founding partner receives. They are not a purchase, and they are separate from the mutual non-disclosure agreement.

The program and the cohort

The Founding Beta Partner Program runs with an initial cohort of 10 approved organizations. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Applications close on January 31, 2027 and the program ends on March 31, 2027. That end date is about this program: it is separate from whether any individual feature is still labelled beta, which some may be for a long time afterwards.

Free usage throughout the program

Approved partners use Exploit Hound at no cost for the whole of the founding beta program: up to 5 customer environments and up to 250 managed assets in total, with guided probe deployment, scope configuration, a review of your first results and a direct feedback channel. There is no fixed 90-day expiration and no per-partner clock. No payment card is required and nothing converts to a paid plan automatically.

What we ask of a participant

Arrange deployment within 14 days of your scheduled onboarding; use the platform in an environment you are authorized to assess for at least 30 days; complete 3 short check-ins and one final 20-minute interview; evaluate discovery, prioritization and remediation verification where that is feasible in your estate; and report issues with enough detail for us to investigate. There is no required number of bugs, no positive review, no testimonial and no public endorsement. Use of your logo or your story requires separate written permission that you are free to refuse.

One year free after the program ends

A partner who completes the agreed testing receives the Single environment subscription free for 12 months after the founding beta program ends: 1 organization or environment and up to 100 managed assets. It runs from March 31, 2027 to March 31, 2028. We will give at least 30 days' notice before the program ends, and you choose which environment the free year covers. For any scope beyond it we will arrange paid continuation or an orderly offboarding with you. We will not silently delete your data, enrol assets, or create a charge.

An ongoing 50% discount

A partner who completes the agreed testing also receives an ongoing 50% discount on future Exploit Hound software subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, additional environments and additional managed assets, calculated against our then-current published monthly or annual software rates. It covers customer environments billed through your MSP account. It is nontransferable to another organization, does not expire while Exploit Hound remains commercially available, and is not erased by cancelling: if you stop and later resubscribe, the earned eligibility still applies. It does not stack with other discounts, and any custom quote must state explicitly how the discount has been treated. Paid expansion during your free year is eligible for the discount once completion of participation has been confirmed.

What the discount does not cover

The discount applies to Exploit Hound software rates only. It excludes third-party charges, hardware, separately priced storage, professional services, taxes, pass-through costs. A discount is recorded as an entitlement when it is earned and marked fulfilled only when a person has confirmed it was actually applied in billing; until then we will not tell you it has been applied.

Feedback, and what it does not cancel

The non-disclosure agreement says we may use your feedback about the product freely, without obligation or compensation. That clause is about ownership and use of feedback -- it lets us act on a bug report or a suggestion without owing you a royalty. It does not cancel the rewards promised in these terms, which are expressly promised in exchange for completing the agreed testing and are payable as described here.

If we end the program early

If we end the founding beta program before you have had a fair opportunity to complete the requirements above, we will grant an administrator-reviewed extension or a completion waiver so that your rewards are not lost because of our timing. That decision is recorded against your application.

The rest

These terms cover the beta program. They are not a contract to supply the product, create no obligation on either of us to continue the evaluation, and either of us may stop at any time. Applying, and being approved, authorizes no assessment of anything: scope and written authorization are agreed separately during onboarding before anything is assessed. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Read the mutual non-disclosure agreement required

Mutual non-disclosure agreement

Version 1.0, effective 2026-09-19. Mutual: it protects what you show us as well as what we show you.

What is confidential

Information either of us marks as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential from its nature or the circumstances in which it was shared. For Exploit Hound that includes pre-release software, unreleased features, the roadmap, and performance or security findings about the product itself. For you it includes your environment, your asset inventory, your findings, your customers, and anything you tell us about how your business runs.

What each of us agrees to do

Use the other's confidential information only for this evaluation, keep it in confidence, and protect it with at least the care we each use for our own confidential information. Share it internally only with people who need it for the evaluation and are under similar obligations.

What is not confidential

Anything that is public, or becomes public other than through a breach of this agreement; anything either of us already knew without an obligation of confidence; anything independently developed without using the other's information; and anything lawfully received from a third party free to disclose it.

Disclosure required by law

If either of us is legally compelled to disclose the other's confidential information, we will give prompt notice where lawful, so the other can seek protection, and disclose only what is required.

Feedback

Feedback you give us about the product — bugs, suggestions, what did not work — we may use freely to improve Exploit Hound, without obligation or compensation. This covers your observations about our product. It does not give us any right to your confidential information, your data, or anything about your customers.

No license, no publicity

Nothing here transfers ownership or grants a license beyond using the product during the evaluation. Neither of us will use the other's name, logo, or the existence of this evaluation in publicity without separate written permission.

How long it lasts

These obligations run from acceptance until two years after the evaluation ends. On request, each of us will return or destroy the other's confidential information, except for copies kept automatically by backup systems or required by law, which stay subject to this agreement for as long as they are kept.

The rest

This agreement covers confidentiality only. It is not a contract to supply the product, creates no obligation on either of us to continue the evaluation, and either of us may stop at any time. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Applying does not commit you to a purchase. Confidentiality obligations are covered by this agreement, and the rewards above are covered by the program terms — the NDA’s feedback clause is about ownership and use of feedback and does not cancel them.

Need different wording, or your own NDA? Ask for an NDA discussion before you apply — choose “Beta NDA or program terms” on that form. That is a conversation, not an application — it does not reserve a place or grant beta access.

Before you send this

Typing your name here signs the agreement above. We record what you typed, when, and which version of each document you were shown.

Sending this does not authorize scanning, deploy anything, connect an integration, start a subscription or create a charge. We use what you enter to select the cohort and plan onboarding — how we handle and erase it.

Scope, authorization and billing, stated plainly

Applying authorizes nothing. Submitting this form does not start a scan, deploy anything, connect an integration, create a subscription or produce a charge. The checkbox on the form is an acknowledgement that you can arrange permission — it is not the permission itself.

Authorization is collected during onboarding, before anything is assessed. That conversation records the exact targets, the permitted methods, and your customer's authorization where the estate is not your own.

Going beyond the agreed scope is a conversation, not an invoice. During the beta, exceeding the approved environment or asset limits requires an explicit scope discussion with us. Newly discovered assets are not silently enrolled, and no surprise charge is generated — discovered assets are never billed on any plan.

What happens next

  1. Apply. The form above, by January 31, 2027. Nothing is reviewed yet.
  2. Verify your email. One link, which works once and expires after 48 hours.
  3. Application review. We read every application and write to you either way — there is no silence if you are not selected.
  4. Authorized onboarding. A session where we agree the scope and permitted methods, record your authorization, and deploy a probe if you are using one.
  5. Active testing. 30 days or more, 3 check-ins, one interview at the end, through to March 31, 2027.

Apply for beta access

Applications close on January 31, 2027. Applying authorizes no scanning, deploys nothing and creates no charge.

Common questions

Does applying guarantee a place?

No. The first cohort is 10 organizations and we expect more applications than places. Applications we cannot take now go on a waitlist rather than being declined, if you would like them to.

Do I need a payment card to take part?

No. There is no card, no trial that converts, and no charge at any point in the program. Paid continuation after the free year is something you choose and agree to separately.

When do applications close, and when does the program end?

Applications close on January 31, 2027. The founding beta program ends on March 31, 2027 — one date for the whole cohort, not a per-partner clock. Free usage runs to that date, and we write to every participant beforehand with at least 30 days’ notice.

Is the 50% discount the same as the free year?

No, they are separate and you earn both by completing the agreed testing. The free year is 12 months of Single environment beginning when the program ends — March 31, 2027 to March 31, 2028. The discount is 50% off future Exploit Hound software subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and additional scope, and it does not expire while Exploit Hound is sold.

What happens if I cancel and come back later?

Cancelling does not erase the discount. The eligibility is earned by completing the testing, and it still applies if you resubscribe. It does not stack with other discounts, and any custom quote will state plainly how it was applied.

Does testing Exploit Hound earn MailThreatZero benefits?

No. They are separate programs with separate applications. Ticking the interest box on this form records interest only — it does not create an application to the other product.

Can I discuss the NDA before agreeing to it?

Yes. Ask for an NDA discussion — choose “Beta NDA or program terms” on the contact form — and a person will reply. It is a conversation rather than an application: it does not reserve a place or grant beta access, and you are not agreeing to anything by asking.

What does Exploit Hound do with my application data?

It is used to select the cohort and plan onboarding, and for nothing else unless you tick the optional updates box. Unconfirmed applications are erased after 14 days, declined or withdrawn ones after 90 days, and waitlisted ones after 180 days unless you renew. The erasure job runs daily.
